Gun Preparation
Your rifle needs to be sent to us, we will inspect and clean the rifle and if
we find anything wrong such as a bedding problem or the muzzle crown, we will
inform you. You may
wish to allow Accurate Ammo gunsmiths to make the repairs that are necessary, or
Accurate
Ammo will return it to you so you
can have your gunsmith do the repair. If Accurate
Ammo does the work, Accurate Ammo will inform you of the cost of the repairs, before Accurate Ammo does
the work. Accurate Ammo will work up the Best Powder and Bullet combination
for your rifle and the game you are going to hunt. I will personally shoot
your rifle to determine the best load then take it back to the range and sight
it in dead on at 100 yards. I will then send your rifle back to you along
with a box of 20 rounds of ammunition, your final target, and a chronograph
reading of the velocity. You should take the rifle to your local range and
shoot it yourself in order to check it out, as some minor
adjustments may be needed after shipping.

Rifle Maintenance and Cleaning tips.
Before handling any fire arm make sure it is unloaded. Always
take the time to check and make sure.
Remove the bolt from the rifle and use the cleaning rod from the
chamber end. This will get the rifle bore clean and will keep
the crown of the muzzle from being mashed down. Damaging the
crown of the muzzle will greatly effect the accuracy of your
rifle.
